It was a beautiful morning at Washington Square for Elizabeth and Chris’ Mobile, AL engagement session. We were expecting a cold and cloudy morning, but to our surprise, the sun was shining and it was a very pleasant morning! As a Mobile AL wedding photographer, Washington Square is one of my favorite locations. The oak trees are so beautiful and provide the perfect backdrop for engagement photos.

When we were discussing locations for their engagement session, Washington Square immediately came to mind. The majestic oak trees are so beautiful and southern. This was my first session at Washington Square, and it did not disappoint!

Elizabeth and Chris are such a beautiful couple and so photogenic. They are laid back and like to go with flow. All of this paired with the amazing backdrop of the oaks trees and the morning glow made the perfect session! I could have photographed these two all day long! I loved spending time with them and getting to know them better. It is truly an honor to be able to capture this special season in their lives.

You may ask why we decided on a morning session rather than evening. Well, December 19^th was the day of the SEC Championship, and as any southerner knows, this is a BIG day. 😉 Chris wanted to make sure we were finished in plenty of time to watch the game, so we decided to schedule the session for earlier in the day. I am so glad we were able to make this happen because the light was perfect!

Elizabeth and Chris have planned an April wedding at The Cedars Event Venue in Demopolis, AL. I cannot wait to celebrate them on their special day!
