Gulf Shores AL Photographer | Charlee

Charlee’s Gulf Shores, AL session turned out so, so good.  It was the most beautiful evening in Fort Morgan. Sessions at sunsets are my favorite part of being a Gulf Shores, AL photographer.

Charlee attends Gulf Shores High School.  She is my niece’s friend, which is how we connected.  We decided to do this session literally two hours prior, and I am so pleased with how all of the images turned out. 

Charlee’s Senior Portraits

The sunset was stunning on this day.  The pink and orange sky provided the perfect backdrop for her portraits. And the water was so beautiful—it was the prettiest shades of blue and green.   This is my favorite time of year at the beach.  The water is always so clear and the weather is just perfect. 

Charlee brought her golden retriever, Judy, along for her portraits. I am a dog lover myself and love when clients bring their fur babies to their sessions.  Judy is so beautiful and absolutely loves Charlee.  She got so excited every time she got to be in the photos.  It was the cutest!

Can we talk about Charlee’s outfits?  I love her style.  I love that she decided to wear a jersey from the college that she chose.  She even got a jersey for Judy, which was so adorable.  I think the black top was my favorite.  I love how the black pops against light colors of the sand and water.  The white dress she chose as her last outfit was perfect for the sunset.  Organic color palettes with a little texture are my go-to when recommending client outfits, so this dress really spoke to me.  It was perfect for those fun portraits at the end.

Charlee will be attending The University of Alabama in the fall, and I am so excited for her.  I attended UA (several years ago) and have so many great memories there.  This is the beginning of an amazing journey for her.
